This company was very responsive to an e-mail request I sent; their spokesperson helpful and knowledgeable. The order arrived well packaged, and VERY promptly. They topped my list as "Best Buy" after many, many hours evaluating and analyzing ingredients from a myriad of supplement formulas. I believe they will remain in my 'favorites' directory as a "keeper"!
