Over the course of several weeks, I had been working with Warranty Direct's rep, Blaine Ward, in obtaining an extended warranty on a used car that I was purchasing. However, when the time came to close on the deal, I was distressed to find that the coverage I desired was no longer available. Mr. Ward worked with Warranty Direct's management and me in arriving at a solution that enabled me to get the piece of mind that I sought from an extended warranty. Customer service is A #1! I'm sure that I will continue to be happy with this company as I researched the competition over the Internet and found nothing but praise for the way Warranty Direct handles its claims. Thank you Mr. Ward and thank you Warranty Direct!!
